Can I view items prior to purchase?

Yes, you can view items prior to purchasing, please contact us so we can arrange this. Most items are held in our showroom in Snettisham PE31 7QS.  A small number of items are on show and available for sale in The Granary Snettisham (open daily from 10am to 4pm).  Please note that we are unable to hold items prior to viewing.

All your products are pre-loved, what condition can I expect my item to be?

All our products are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear to be expected.  Please see all photographs which form part of the items’ description.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge to mainland UK with the exception of products that are sold in The Granary Snettisham – for these items we can deliver locally for free or we can deliver nationally for an additional cost.

Payment is by credit or debit card. Commissions are payable via bank transfer on receipt of your invoice from us.

I have seen an item on your website that I would like to buy, and I’d like you to paint it for me – is that possible?

Yes, we can professionally paint all our natural pine products in your chosen Frenchic paint colour (please ask for a quote)!  The Frenchic paint colours can be viewed at Frenchic Paint | Award-Winning Eco-Friendly Chalk Paint

Purchase the product from our Website Shop and we will then invoice you the remaining amount for our painting service.
